Distant Star Trading, established nearly 10 years ago, provide a service to the industry by supplying stainless steel plate flanges manufactured in grades 304/L, 316/L, 3CR12, 904L, SAF2205 and 310. We are able to supply forged flanges as well in any specification, e.g. BS4504, ANSI B16.5 ASA, BS10, SABS1123 and EN1092.
Our standard manufactured flange sizes range from 15 NB to 900 NB through all flange specifications. We can supply specially manufactured flanges as well.
Our newest service offering is the drilling of tube-sheet flanges. These are done in accordance with our customer requirements.
All our flanges are hard stamped on the edge of the flange indicating the size, specification, grade of the material and heat numbers used.
Our manufacturing facility has a staff compliment of 25 people, being 5 Office staff and 20 workshop staff. We have various CNC drilling machines, CNC lathes, manual lathes, manual drilling machines and a plasma cutting facility consisting of 5 plasma cutting machines.
We are able to offer a turnaround period of approximately three to four working depending on the size of your inquiry.
We are also able to supply larger quantities on a progressive basis after two to three days.
