Established in 2007, UATN saw an opportunity to purchase at good prices and pass these on packaged together with convenience and affordability to the independent Retail and Spaza industries in townships.Having consulted with both the Retail and Spaza industry, our research identified the most frequently utilised household products for those in the lower income groups and it was from this platform that we began distributing to townships, predominantly in Gauteng and later extended the area to the North West.
