the service that I am receiving from Standardbank is one of the worse experience that I ever and I mean ever had, they are unhelpful, I was sitting waiting for a consultant on Saturday, I changed my internetbanking cellphone details, today I want to change my password on my internetbanking and I couldn't, I phoned the call centre to assist and they said no they cannot, I need to go into the branch, what nonsense is this, I was there on Saturday and as per consultant everything was perfect. then I am under debt review, I cannot swipe my card at any pick and pay, so what standardbank is actually doing is putting me in danger by ATM's, I actually wrote to Hello Peter about this, I am waiting for the ombud to come back to my complained, as I was robbed at the ATM when drawing money and I went to the branch to complain but they cannot assist me
