Rubicon Administration Services (Pty) Ltd was founded for the purpose of providing the administration services for private equity funds. These services include issuing of statements, monthly sms’es, additions and redemptions. A new service is Property Administration. A number of properties are managed through Rubicon, mainly residential blocks of flats in the Gauteng and Durban area. This includes sourcing of tenants, collection of rentals, issuing of monthly statements and maintenance.
