I would be cautious of this store. I bought a Thule 22" Rollaboard on July 10 at the store one level below check in at OR Tambo airport. I specifically told the salesperson that I wanted to claim the tax refund. She handed me the receipt and said that was all I needed. After getting the receipt stamped I proceeded through customs and went up to the VAT refund office. I was told that I couldn't claim my refund because the receipt did not have my name on it (required for purchases above 5000 Rand). I then went to the Moda store in the departures hall and they said that there was nothing they could do. The salesperson was either incompetent, did not know the proper procedures, could not care less or most likely all of the above. Shop elsewhere.
