Our company provides any necessary soft skills training including but not limited to:· Communication· Telephonics· Sales· Negotiations· Change Management· Generating creative ideas.As well as other skills like Event management and Microsoft office packages.Another side of KACH Training is Call Quality Assurance.We would review calls and or print document per agent per month after which we would provide a full report per agent followed by 1 hour feedback session with the coach or team leader.The difference in our business is that we do not have a minimum number of delegates nor do we request your staff members to travel to us. We come to you, our cost is based on the trainers time and not on a cost per delegate, by doing this we are minimising the training cost to you as a company but maximising your employees learning potential where they are comfortable.
