Chartis Life South Africa Unclaimed

I have joined AIG on the 5th February 2004 and they are deducting R42,28 every month but they have never evet sent me the policy documents to show my famiily.

I have been contributing to this entity for over twenty years now when they were going as Charter Life. I searched everywhere for the policy but couldn't find it anywhere, it either got thrown out erroneously when other policies were paid out. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them but to no avail. Can someone please HELP!!!

Hi, I'm trying to get info on a debit order coming off my dads account for years. I can't find a contact that works or anything to try get more info. There is no correspondence from them, are they just scammers or what? If anyone can please help?

I also had 3 policies coming off my bank for about 15 years and no documents and no way to get hold of chartis Life. I see now that it has been taken over by AIG phone number 0860 112077. I have just spoken to them and they are very polite and helpful and am getting all 3 policies emailed to me in the next 3 days.

Irregular business practises - we have been paying instalments for many years without receiving any form of feedback or documentation. Please contact me in this regard!

I think its terrible that after being a client of AIG since 2002 I am unable to make or add any upgrades to my policy. Now after 14 years of being their client - they are not prepared to upgrade the policy to include funeral or spouse cover etc. disgusting -
