Liesl-Carma started out as a wedding photographer, but currently have been fulfilling other client needs such as kiddies parties, fashion shoots for non-models or aspiring models and corporate/diplomatic events.Having your images taken, doesn’t necessarily have to implicate going to a studio, getting stuck onto a white backdrop, trying to fake a smile.I prefer placing my models where they feel at ease, whether it’s their bathroom, bedroom or on their super bike. These A4 hard cover books make the ideal gift that can be left lying around for family and friends to page through. I can even scan your old prints and publish them neatly into a book.

One does not simply become a photographer purely because you own a camera. As an artist I work constantly to improve and compete against myself, by not simply copying others and trying to create signature work at the end of the day. It is my duty to show you the detail in a moment you might have missed or highlight an emotion you never new was there. My training as a classical ballet and flamenco dancer and further exposure to theatre and film productions early in life, gave me an acute awareness for space, lighting, depth, shadows, patterns, symmetry and composition. When it comes to framing and styling, this foundation really comes in handy.
