Annie Greeff is a training and development consultant, professional speaker, executive coach and author. Her consultancy, Annie Greeff and Associates, specialises in Personal, Interpersonal and Organisational Resilience. She assists leaders in organsations to interpret people and business trends so that they can appoint the right people, manage their performance and develop the skills needed to fulfil evolving customer needs and business requirements. Her work blends her compassion with people, her own life experience, and her work as teacher, facilitator and entrepreneur. ‘Resilience Volumes 1 and 2’, her two internationally published resource books (Crown House Publishers) for teachers, parents and others are widely acclaimed as a tool for growing future leaders.
