The first session is 75minutes. Mediation is at least 50% to 65% less expensive than litigation At the end of the mediationprocess I will provide the parties with a Memorandum of Understanding. Thisdocument details all the points of agreement reached during the mediationprocess. A MESSAGE FROM CHANTAL Having worked withina legal (litigation, commercial and corporate) environment for many years, andbeing witness to the litigious process of divorces, (the costs, time periodsinvolved and emotionaltrauma to allparties including the children), I came to the realization that there is abetter way to manage, conclude and deal with divorces, minimizing the costs,time periods and trauma.Thus I decidedto pursue the Mediation route, which I firmly believe in and has proven to bethe preferable option.My commitment anddedication is promised to all couples whose divorces I mediate.For me it is not just a “job” as my very bestendeavours and heartfelt care go into each session.I strive for client satisfaction, and it ismy desire to reach a happy medium and successful agreement with each and everyone of my mediations.I offer a lateafternoon/ after hour service if necessary in order to accommodate my clients.I have successfullycompleted the training and course of study with the Arbitration Foundation ofSouth Africa (AFSA).

All matters pertaining to divorce; eg, Division of Assets, Maintenance, and Parenting Plans (how each parent is going to exercise their respective responsibilities and rights in respect of minor children). Any other problems the parties may be having regarding divorce may also be discussed and resolved.
