Unprofessional and poor services received. Not been informed when placing an order for items that there is a possibly delay on the company side of things (finer details I'm not concerned about) but at least been informed so I as a consumer can choose to either wait (indefinitely, as the exact turn around time could not be validated after I had already paid for items not received)or go somewhere else. I received no phones calls despite the telephone reception lying to my face about placing a call, which none was received and there is nothing wring with my phone connection as I received the 1st and only call from them exactly 7 weeks after having placed my order with not so much as an apology. Well I will never be doing business with this company again. Waste of time. I would have understood the delay in my items not been ready as per the turnaround timeframe given if I had actually received a call or a text message to apologize for the delay. How difficult could it have it been.
