Lisa's Dance and Fitness Centre was developed in 2003. Lisa's Dance and Fitness Centre joined with Borland School of Dancing in 2006. Borland School of Dancing has been in exsistance for 40 years. Lisa's Dance and Fitness Centre offers dancing lessons to children (from the age of 5), who are interested in doing examinations, dance festivals, medal tests. Lisa's Dance and Fitness Centre also offers Personal training, Bootcamp, Cardio Kickbox and Pilates in the privacy of our own studio, so no need to worry about a stereotypical gym environment. Lisa's Dance and Fitness Centre also offers dancing lessons to beginner adults, who want to keep fit and have fun.
