Vodacom Vodashop - George Courtenay Street Unclaimed

I went to purchase a modem on Saturday at the Courtney Street branch of Vodashop in George. They were quick to let me fill in the form but then I was told that they first have to get authorisation from Cape Town. After three trips back and forth to the shop, they let me fill in the paperwork and sign it, but to my dismay I still couldn't get my modem, as the deal that I want - 2Gig for R129.00 which is in the phamplet was not loaded on the system. I cannot believe that no-one in South Africa has not yet purchased one of these modems since last wednesday. There must be a deal number for this and I find this extremely annoying as I still haven't been able to pick up my modem!!!! If this is the service Vodashop gives I will think twice before I take a contract out with them again. I live outside of George and it costs a lot of money to travel in and out.

Pathetic service, you just lost mine and two other customers!!!!!

Useless, simply useless. No other way of expressing the pathetic service delivered on many occasions.
