Telkom Direct Shops Unclaimed

The landline says phone mailbox full and can not receive any further calls. I tried 10210, nobody answer, tried website, no response. please call me please. 074 2627517

I took out the Huawei Tablet 2g for R169, got a sms the next day, welcome and you are on the 1g. Tried the shop in George where I bought it, tried telkom customer care, took forever to get to the right department, there was no option for what my qeury was, finally got hold of someone but no help. Had to get hold of Telkom Garden Route Mall in George which I've tried for week's. The other Telkom shop only assisted in giving me the useless nr. Telkom is like a flat spare wheel, it is there but you can't use it. Have to drive 140km to get this sorted out. Terrible experience

Absolute disgusting. The landline says phone mailbox full and can not receive any further calls.LOL I tried 10210, nobody answer, tried website, no response. All I want as a new customer, is a flippin adsl line. These guys dont want business.

No answer on the phone fterrepeated attempts. This while my internet based business founders with no internet since the weekend. I can't even go out looking for a hotspot because I'm expecting a technician, and have been for days. Was hoping for more detail from Telkom George but... If no one answers the phone,there's no chance of that!

it is really ridiculous that nobody at telkom offices answer the phone to give informations their customers. I tried Knysna office and George office, no answer. Rather cancel the telephone contact numbers from your web site or, better, get up and work seriously like in the past. you got 1 star rating only because it is compulsory to put something.
