We work hand in hand with the buildings managing agents, staff & trustees, often taking instruction from the trustees & chairperson directly thereby fulfilling their responsibilities & goals to create a better living environment & taking the load off their shoulders. We arrange quotes, book contractors & facilitate invoice approval via a contactable & dedicated Maintenance Administrator. We ensure that the buildings staff are well versed with the Management Rules & Code of Conduct of the building as well as any additional policies & regulations that we may put in place. Our offices have panels of approved contractors ensuring their workmanship and cost effectiveness has been positively tested from extensive prior experience.
