The business owner has got more than 25 years of functional operations management experience in telematics, fleet management, stolen vehicle recovery and related support, distribution, call centre, logistics as well as forensic investigation experience and during this time he was also involved and responsible for managing of quality systems/processes within the ISO environment, wherein he is qualified as a Lead Auditor. He has also been extensively involved in the design, implementation and deployment projects of several ERP/CRM systems and end-to-end process design. SOQSOL is further backed up by experienced consultants that includes qualified industrial engineers, ERP/CRM and other software model developers with extensive re-engineering and other integration and software development projects experience in several different industries
