• Description/Remarks The sophisticated Pigalle group of restaurants is owned by the visionary and legendary Gonçalves brothers, Naldo and Victor. Pigalle’s food is Mediterranean inspired, so expect sardines grilled over an open flame, with coarse salt, roasted green peppers, onion rings and olives; squid bites marinated in olive oil, fresh chilli and lemon juice; and shredded cod, sautéed with onions and sliced potatoes, and baked in the oven. From meze platters to pork belly and roast duck, they offer fine food in a Portuguese style.
