The programme first looks at the individual leader, then builds competence for the leader to enhance the potential of others and finally provides practical tools to leading teams with vision, and achieve organisational excellence. The delegates then receive coaching to further embed the learning acquired during the 3-day programme.Mila also sets up self-sustaining conversation circles designed to support transformation initiatives within organisations. The circle is used as a form that honours all voices. It invites members to speak their truths, listen with attention and to act with a clear intention. In this state, solutions are generated from the wisdon that lies within the circle. The philosophy of the circle allows the groups to sustain itself long after the facilitator is gone and ensures sustainable and authentic change. Typically these sessions are set up after an organisation has rolled out a transformation/diversity initiative.
