We are a registered recycling company that will be handling waste management from different corporation’s as well as schools. The most important fact of the business is basically to create employment for youth. Because the business is about empowering the youth, we will only be employing youth between the ages of 18-35 years old across all demographics. Our aim is to keep youth off the street, especially underprivileged youth that did not get the opportunity to finish school and that are now struggling to find jobs to support themselves and their families. We would like the implementation of this youth development and recycling initiative to be successful because we don’t plan for this to be a short term activity but rather an ongoing one that will be reviewed and revised based on development and experience gained.
