Andre Van Der Merwe is registered as a Personnel Practitioner with the South African Board of Personnel Practice, has a degree in Psychology (UNISA), has completed an Advanced Business Program (Honours), as well as a Masters Business Program in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Management (Masters). As a registered official of an employers’ organisation he is entitled to represent employers in CCMA disputes. He has an impressive record in defending disputes at the CCMA.
