Therapy is offered for any adult psychological or emotional difficulties including, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, eating disorders, general personal growth and self advancement, stress, somatic conditions, adjustment to change.Therapy is a collaborative process and my fundamental belief is that within us all is the capacity to find constructive solutions to the challenges life brings us. I work from identifying your strengths and resources ( everyone has them even if you are feeling you can't identify with them, or feel them at a given time) and believe in constructive step-by-step positive solution-focused therapy. I employ a variety of techniques and have a flexible repertoire as a therapist. My work is my calling, privilege and love.
