• Description/Remarks Fusion specializes in ERP training and education. In our experience end-user training is usually considered part of the implementation/go-live phase of the project. This often leaves a gap in terms of on-going training long after go-live. Secondly the enduser acceptance testing is not considered in terms of the wealth of learning potential it holds for end-users, as well as providing an avenue for managing the change process. We believe in following an integrated training and education process that incorporates end-user acceptance testing as part of the process
