It is called PSTEC and there is more information available on this page This method is so good at clearing negative issues quickly and swiftly, that my sessions will not be complete without using it! The session incorporates an exploratory conversation whilst tapping at the same time, and when appropriate I utilize the 'click track' of PSTEC. EFT was the pre-cursor for this advanced method of clearing issues, and tapping will always be used within the context of my sessions, but the usefulness of the PSTEC is vast and exciting, and I feel a renewed enthusiasm for the methods available in the world of energy psychology.  <!-- /business info -->
