• Description/Remarks PaardenKloof Estate produces handcrafted CabernetSauvignon, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir wines under its PaardenKloofSpecial Reserve labels, and Sauvignon Blanc under its Ecology label. The estateis situated in Bot River, between Hermanus and Caledon in the beautiful CapeProvince in South Africa. The PaardenKloof Estate and Ecology Wines premiumranges and other products such as organic lamb, beef, olives, olive oil andhoney are produced in our pristine Fynbos environment where the impact of rareFlora and Fauna has a positive outcome on all the activities of the Estate. Inthis boutique vineyard, mixed farming with a stud herd of African Nguni Cattle,an organically reared flock of Sheep and a passion and commitment toconservation are key to the uniqueness of our products. Our 1430 hectare farmborders the Babylonstoring Mountain Range and Nature Reserve and the UN declaredinternational heritage sites of the Kogelberg Biosphere, and the Overberg Biosphere.Â
