• Description/Remarks We deal with cell phone replacements through our extensive dealer network and also repudiate claims in a FAIS compliant manner Currently we administer the insurance of customers cell phones on behalf of Vodacom Insurance Company Limited and Centriq Insurance Company Limted On the administration side we capture all policy details, liaise with customers and handle various marketing issues Claims handling is done entirely by us, and in this regard we assist customers with claims requested and documentation, validate their policy and cover details and arrange for settlement of claims where appropriate
