Pat is the current CEO, while Chris is Director of Marketing. Late 2005 Matantabelo Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("MIH") acquired 30% of Techkraft in a transaction that led to the name change. MIH is a company wholly owned by members of the Royal Bafokeng Nation, and is led by Lesedi Rakgokong as its major shareholder and Chairman.<!-- /business info -->
