• Description/Remarks Aikido ClassesDaito Ryu Aikido classes are held on Tueday's and Thursday's and Ki Aikido is held on Monday's and Wednesday's. All classes start at 7pm until 8.30pm.Come and join us in Steven Seagals Martial Art!Sensei Philip Chandler has been teaching Aikido for about 15 years and is a 3rd Dan in this style.Martial Arts for Children - Ninja Kids!Every Saturday at 10am we have a children’s class which mixes Ninjustsu and Aikido together. Children learn:* To fall properly; this can help prevent injury in day to day life (falling down stairs etc)* How to roll* Simple techniques that children can utilize* Awareness skills* Correct striking methodsAnd much more! YogaCise Yoga ClassesYogaCise is a beginner's power yoga class designed to give you the benefits of regular yoga with the addition of toning and shaping up your body. Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6pm to 7pm.
