Vodacom Shop:Galleria Shopping Centre (F88) Umbogintwini Amanzimtoti Unclaimed

I have been a Vodacom customer for over 20 years I think now. I have two existing lines. 3 weeks ago I went to Vodacom galleria and told to wait for stock. now im told to take a new product so I chose a Samsung note 10" now this store says there is no stock of that too. I was made to wait forever and now I have been sent to cellucity, after 3 weeks of waiting and constantly checking with the store. never once did they bother to call me and keep me abreast of progress. after having handed in all my documents to Vodacom galleria. Vodacom now wants the documents again. is there no service excellence in this country or are we all just gonna have to put up with this shoddy way Vodacom treats us.
