Sir/Madam, Yesterday, 01/11/2016. i was in your store at the Mandeni Mall and was horrified to see thew amount of people waiting to place their orders for purchase. only to find that there was only one attended working at the counter, handing out orders as well as taking on new orders thus the back log of clients. i really think that this is unacceptable, seeing that it was in a peak period of the evening.

I am highly upset we spend so much money at KFC Florida road that they even know my name........ Every time my husband and I order they either get our order wrong or short, we always place orders for delivery and still always get it wrong!!!! Order is wrong,food is cold as we have to wait over an hour we live three roads away...... We phone to complain and manager is so rude I'm disgusted, I will be taking this to the fast food board snd to hello peter if nothing gets done im giving it 24 hours brfore i go live.
