Proofure has been serving the insurance industry for 15 years. We specialize in building value estimates & household content inventories, assisting your clients to establish a correct level of insurance. The detailed nature of the inventory also reduces possible problems or delays in the event of a claim. Our building reports take into account finishes and fixtures. Penny Sandham has been involved since the inception, first as a surveyor, then senior surveyor and now 50% partner. Dave Hawes, the other partner, heads up the building estimate side of Proofsure. He has been with Proofsure for four years and prior to that owned a business that did building repairs for insurers. He was on the panel of all the major underwriters. His expertise and knowledge of the industry from both sides enables him to supply meaningful input. We currently operate out of Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth and East London and Durban.
