CUSTOMER No U9004 On Monday 9 March 2015 at 0030hrs my alarm went off and I requested an urgent response. It was the first time in more than 18 months that I required assistance. There was no response for more than 2 hours! and the control room staff were of no assistance. I set off two panic alarm signals when I heard noises but there was no response from the control room staff. i made numerous calls to the control room and eventually learned that First Alarms that was to respond could not be contacted! i have requested an investigation and exolanation but to date I have had NO communication either telephonically or by email despite REPEATED emails to the contact email website. Please inform me whether I can receive the requested information as soon as possible. I am sending this correspondence to the MD so that my request can be taken seriously. Dr D.S.Dorasamy
