Musgrave Park Laser Clinic Unclaimed

I was very impressed with the botox done by Doctor Smythiman bedside manner was absolutely fantastic. I did however feel like i was in the apartheid era when i came into the clinic on two occasions. The receptionist Chanel was very cold and unfriendly. I also did not feel very welcome in the Clinic. There were lots of treatments I would of been interested in but the atmosphere was not very welcoming. I only felt welcomed with the Doctor who did my botox and she only comes in on Wednesdays. I would not go back to the clinic. I would rather find out which clinic the doctor goes to. It is so important to have a good friendly receptionist. I would not recommend the clinic to my friends. I live in Australia and come down every six months and would definately never go back to this clinic. As i said however I loved the doctor who did the botox and she only comes to this clinic on A wedneday. Regards Fayleen
