Mountain Movers Claimed

I have the following comments with regards to the service experience thus far: The truck was incorrectly sized, 2 trips had to be arranged taking 5 days to move everything. Contract agreed upon but not kept. Alternative arrangements not maintained. The packers had to told that the boxes labeled with the orange fragile stickers cannot be loaded at the bottom of the stacked boxes. No furniture covers or bed covers (as stipulated in the quote) were supplied and they only used the bubble wrap on my insistence, no buff tape supplied so I provided. I have multiple scratches, damage to goods and breakage. Their quote provided for 7 staff and a supervisor only 2 supplied. Their agreed upon dates were collection on 24/02/2018 and delivery on 25/02/2018, I finally got my household goods on 01/03/2018, Thursday. My wife had to travel 1120km to be present for the 2nd truck to be loaded, at our cost.This is the worst Moving Company I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them.
