Mattress King:HEAD OFFICE Unclaimed

Iv purchased a bed 18 months ago from Matress King Liberty mall Pietermaritzburg, I paid cash for the bed. There was a problem with the base which I reported to the manager and was assured that someone would come and sort out, yes a team came had a look and said it was fine. My request was not met as the base was left in a worse condition. Since I work out in kokstad I frequently visit the mall and requested the manageress Arifa timeously about the issue and was never sorted. That today tomorrow stories never ended. It's gone 18 months and my query hasn't been rectified. So Matress King your after sale service is useless, I will not recommend another soul to purchase any product from a shitty company like yours. My hard earned money went on a useless bed sold to me at MATRESS KING... LIBERTY MALL PIETERMARITZBURG.

I purchased a bed and base set on 5 May 2023, after calling the store in Somerset West 4 times to inquire about delivery, I went in myself on 22 May 2023 to cancel the order and get my refund. I have been in contact with the store manager and customer service at least 8 times (I have all the dates/times) to date I have not received my refund The last time I called customer service 8 June 2023, I was they were not aware of this issue and nobody was available to assist. I have asked my lawyer to send a letter, I have written to The Consumer Complaints, and the Consumer Ombad Very disappointed customer

Since June Mattress King have been promising replacement of a very faulty mattress with a 15 year warranty via phone as a delaying tactic. Insist on written communication or you will regret. My regret is that I have to give even 1 star
