AROMATIC SPICY FISH CURRYWash 1 KG FISHHeat 2TBSP oil in pan ,fry 1meduim sliced onion till golden brown ,add a few curry leaves and green chillies as required. Remove from fire and add the Fish Curry Paste 1/2 bottle and a few drops of water to loosen the paste. Add fish and cook on low for few minutes . Lastly add 1/2 cup of water or more ,depends on the gravy required and cook till done. Garnish with chopped shallot and coriander. Ready to Serve. ENJOY
