La Rochelle is a export tablegrape farm situated in the beautiful Hexriver Valley. We started making Goatscheese in 2002 from the milk of 48 Saanen ewes.At the moment we milk 122 ewes and the milk is used in Gouda,Hallomi,Feta,Roche and Sable cheeses .We believe that only clean milk can give a quality product as La Rochelle Goatsmilk cheeses are.Our Gouda and Hallomi won second price at the SA Cheese Championships in 2009.
