Options were terribly limited (or so I thought), but a visit from our wellness coach changed all that. What we were shown was an opportuntiy to change direction, to learn new skills and to move into a career of helping people get into great shape (lose weight/ body fat, get fit, have more energy) and become Wellness Coaches.
