Test-A-Relay Unclaimed

Test-A-Relay was established in 1984.  The objective was to provide specialist protection, control and metering consulting and test services for commissioning new plant, routine testing of existing plant and trouble-shooting where difficulties are experienced with running systems.  Experience has shown time and again that, unless plant is correctly tested and commissioned as far as the protection and control aspects are concerned, its performance in service will leave much to be desired even though the design may be excellent.
