It does not matter what time of the day you visit our Spur you will always find profesional and staff up to the managers smiling to assist you until you leave the Spur. Me and my wife visited Spurs in Limpopo, Mphumalanga, gautend and Durban and the best Spur you can go to enjoy your quality food will be Golden Spear Spur at Cresta. Well done to the floor Managers Mandla, Dedani, Onias, Future, Lucky and Gilt, their staff is only as good as the managers and all the staff is always smiling, helpful and ensure you that the food is to the best of quality we receive when visiting Cresta Spur. Well done guys and your staff that work under you. You are the best. Keep it up.

so I went to the new "Red cloud Spur" at Sun square casino at Menlyn Main today and thought maybe I should get a drink here and something to eat, besides it a new restaurant what van go wrong??....I order a plate of chips and onion rings something small and easy to make as I do not have a lot of time...the chips was burned and the onion ring did not look like rings, more like crumps of dough that was deep fried; Way to go with your first impression!!!! I give this spur a Zero!!!,( I don't want to give you a star even, but the system if forcing me to do so) really you guys need to work on your first impression other wise you can just might as well close up shop.

Spur in Heidelberg does not stock the Spur sour cream, only a concoction of cream and lemon juice. Sad but true.

We have recently enjoyed a New York cut sirloin stake at the Misty Creek Spur in Witbank. It was delicious and perfectly grilled. I want to compliment the the griller Orlando. I also think the manager George is doing a good job.

I visited the Spur at the Mall of Africa - Lone Creek on the 18 of May 2017. I was greeted warmly but that was the only good thing. We were served by waiter called Decent but he did not live up to his name. First thing to go wrong was our drinks order. We ordered two Steelworks, he brought two Still Waters. We ordered starters and he brought the starters with no side plates to eat them on as we were sharing and we did inform him about that. I ordered a steak and I asked him for a medium steak, the order was brought to my table well done, the onion rings were not iron rings but slices of onion that drenched in oil. I returned my meal as it was not the way I wanted it. The second steak was pretty much prepared the same way but by then I was too annoyed to send back so I took it home and gave it to my dog. We had only gotten to the Spur around 20h10 and I did ask the greeters what time they closed and was informed at 22h00 but I waiter never bothered to check on us Terrible service.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I'm very disappointed in spur's actions regarding the incident that happened at one of there branches. I would like to know if spur plans on banning that woman from all spur branches country wide as well? I have watched the video and seen the comments from the man who was an eyewitness to this debacle. He can be seen in the video also. According to him what happened before the video was the man approached the woman in the presence of a waiter regarding the assault on his daughter by a boy twice her age at the woman's table. She immediately swore at him and only then did the video start. In my opinion if I was that man and that woman swore me I would have reacted the same. She kept on swearing right though the whole video. This rude behaviour on her part in front of not only the children at her table but all those present at the restaurant is not unacceptable. The real victim here is that little girl. i will be joining the boycott on spur.

i have gone to spur in clear water and broke my teeth due to a stone found in the food. the manager and owner julian said i must have it fixed and bring them the bill for refund, when i did it they now come with all kinds of excuses. this is going public. i am a single mother and had to pay the dentals costs out of my pocket - my rent money - just for them to now make excuses and treat me like dirt. sick
