Yoga Zone is the original Hot Yoga Studio in Cape Town and specializes in Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga. Established in 2002 we have had more than 16 000 people join our classes. We teach invigorating hot yoga classes geared to optimise health and wellbeing. Yoga Zone is an inner-city haven welcoming all those who seek vitality, balance and joy. Our yoga room is spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a sophisticated heating and airflow system. The studio is equipped with change-rooms and showers, making yoga an easy interlude to your day, morning, afternoon, or evening. We also host internation yoga teachers and numerous workshops throughout the year.Classes are for beginners to advanced.
