yoga life is a new, modern yoga studio in Cape Town. Offering beginners and advanced Vinyasa and Hot (Bikram style) yoga classes. With three levels, our yoga studio has two yoga rooms, change rooms with showers and a mediation room. Our experienced teachers lead challenging but safe classes. Located in De Waterkant, opposite the Cape Quarter, yoga life is ideally located.
