Virgin Active Head Office Unclaimed

Hi, Please can you arrange to repair the air conditioning at the Virgin Active Gateway gym. COVID 19 is a constant threat because there is absolutely NO ventilation at the gym. It has become a perfect breading ground for the virus, since none of the windows can or are opened, and the gym smells like sweat. The air conditioner s and the systems have been down for some weeks now. Something must be done urgently. We all pay our fees and expect the gym to be maintained as a user friendly environment. Thank you.

I am so disappointed with virgin active staff from east gate , so I missed one payment and make arrangement to pay double next month and after all that my partner gets turned away and he is told we didn't pay , why phone the client and make arrangement and then humiliate them .. I am so disappointed with Virgin Active in East gate management because they could have at least called me and find out or phone their head office in capetown as arrangement was made with them .

Lockers have not been working since november. NO MANAGER

yesterday afternoon I was at virgin active waterstone Kauai Branch , one of the best store and I like the staff is ver friendlyand efficient it was arnd 15:45 I arrived it was 3 staff members were on duty , cashier was a lady Badia with unfriendly face , I ordered a mango berry and peanut butter bliss and paid cash and ddnt get my slip as I was waiting for my order she was helping other person she ddint ring the order an put the cash in the till however went to her pocket I was shocked and thought I shuld bring it to you attention

Hi Attend virgin active Lenasia. I am sorry to say but this gym has terrible service. The previous GM had a very ethical approach to problem. However the New GM (ARRI MAYET) is terrible towards the members and any problems there are. He has no managerial skills or ethics. He is not professional in any approach and his attitude is terrible. Due to being diagnosed with Breast Cancer I had not option but to cancel my contract with Virgin Active. This was done at N1 City our consultant at the time was Christopher. However I have now been threatened by lawyers demanding cancellation fee payments? I was retrenched in 2015 and am unemployed? I received 3 calls this morning in a matter of 15mintues after the 1st one which was at 7h30? from the attorneys telling me I have to pay per debit order? I find your service disgraceful, If your consultant at the time had done his work properly none of this would be happening now....I demand an explanation?

My contract term is over. I need to change to a lower one because I am not working any more. Why am penalised?

Still havent received my voucher or money. Was this just a way to get clients.

Good day my name is Dolly Raphasha ID 9106170734087 i am so not happy with you guys.I opened an account and Kamohelo helped me and he told me that when i open the account i will get a R1000 rands cash back,few days after he then said to me i will no longer be able to get my money back.I then said to him can he please cancell it because this was false advertisement to me.Please sort this out because i never used the account but now i am getting sms's that i owe them R800 and i have been telling them to cancell the account but they never cancelled it.please sort this out ASAP

Good day to whom it may concern , I am Trisan kisten 1351321018, a client of virgin active Malibongwe in randburg , on two occasions I have been robbed the first times they broke my locker and stole everything of mine and nothing was done , this took place in January 2016, and now 24 of January they stole my car from the premises of the club, my car was parked next to the security guard under the security cameras and nothing was seen or done till now , I have asked to view the security tape and I was refused, I hold virgin active responsible because I pay for the peace of mind and facility but it seems no one is safe at that gym . if this matter is not sorted out I would have to take this matter further and that's also making everyone at the gym aware of what's happening which the gym is trying to act like nothing happened. this is uncalled for and needs to be sorted out

I wish to lodge a complaint: I am a member at Virgin active Watermeyer Pretoria. I had a most undesirable experience tonight. I was training with my daughter on the treadmill when one Nonhlanhla came over and VERY rudely, without greeting, said that my daughter should get off the and then simply pushed the stop button. Yes my daughter is 10. I wish to not e that it was after 8pm and not busy at all and that my daughter runs long distance races with me. That being said- I have observed on more that one occasion small non-white children "playing " on the treadmills with their parents- interesting enough-THEY WERE NOT ASKED TO DISEMBARK from the treadmill. This begs the question- is it a RACE issue???!!!!! I am so disgusted with the incident tonight that I am considering cancelling my contract!

I came in to gym at virgin active red in Braamfontein, and the staff members came to only me and started shouting at me about taking a picture of my girlfriend at gym, he said I can't do that. I asked him if those were the rules and if I signed for that in my contract . He said yes and I asked him for a copy of my contact to see where that is stated, I didn't get what I requested, all I got was more shouting in front of all other members, which left me embarrassed and angry, I can't believe that this is the way a number one rated gym treated their members. I'm extremely disgusted with the treatment. This needs to change!.

Good morning my name is Julie roets and I belong to ur club on the bluff durban. Last year I got retrenched so was no longer able to pay my full gym fees. They froze my contract for 6 months and I've been paying 175 each month. At the time I asked them what the cancellation fee would be and was told 2600, so what I would like to know now is will it still be the same or will it be less.
