The Davis Gallery Unclaimed

THE DAVIS GALLERY is primarily for the sale of South African Investment Art which include the Masters of the 20th Century such as Cecil Skotnes, Maggie Laubser, Pierneef, De Jongh, Coetzer, Coetzee, Krige, Serneels, Langdown, Thackwray, and others.  We purchase fine art (only South African art) and offer valuations.   In addition, we offer Art Classes and have a superb space overlooking sensational sea views and Chapman's Peak mountain range for budding artists to practice their landscape painting.  We take up to 8 people per class.  Each class is from 10am till 12noon and 2pm till 4pm five days a week.  Watercolour, acrylics, oils and pencil/charcoal mediums.  Easels are supplied but each student must purchase their own materials which can be supplied by Hout Bay Stationers. We also look for talented new artists whose work we will exhibit.  In addition we offer space for temporary exhibitions and functions where we can organise catering.
