Communication was always quick and answered all my questions without any hassles. The driver arrived promptly, early (and even said take your time), dress smartly and was very respectful. The car was in immaculate state and so clean. All the guests travelling were very impressed. The price was also well priced.

Our shuttle service was nice on time, neat drivers, neat driving style. delivery for the correct gate on arrival. helpful service, suitcases were loaded and unloaded without any hassles. Superb company with good business principle.

I had a wonderful experience with Supershuttles services. My driver, Lucas, was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. He was such a careful driver. Was fun having him at the wheel and the vehicle was spacious and comfortable. Nasier, my personal tour guide, was marvelous. He is a walking history book. He had knowledge of every aspect of Cape Town. Learned a lot from him. He was also very thoughtful and gracious. Thank you for the fabulous experience.

Great professional drivers and perfect rides, right on time. We got a call from the driver at the very moment we turned on the cellphone after landing at Cape Town Airport and no need to look for him. On the way back, the driver even got to the hotel before hand and made sure we knew he was waiting outside. Communication was good. Highly highly recommend this company.

Good value & well organized. There services are of high class and they very good in what they do. I've used them regularly for my travel in both Cape Town and Durban, never been a issue in any way and will continue using them.
