I stopped going to the hair clinic in Town after they moved. Loved going there.Was wanting to go to the new one but maybe shouldn't. Thank you!

This business has lost it's class ever since the new owner, Annaline, has taken over. I've been a loyal client for many years but no longer go there because of the unprofessionalism. They cannot admit to making mistakes, which they did with my last visit. I'm not sure why it's called a hair clinic anyway. It's become just another hair salon with an unprofessional, lack lustre, money hungry owner who clearly doesn't care about satisfying her clients. There's much left to be desired at that place!
