I started my business in 2009 out of my mum’s beautiful ceramic mixer, a treasured wedding gift that was given to her & my dad in 1968. My philosophy is simple – I insist on using only the finest quality ingredients to ensure that my cakes are not only beautiful to look at but also delicious to eat. I use fresh organic farm butter and organic free-range eggs, stone-ground unbleached flour, as well as the best quality French Valrhona chocolate.
