Privet Africa Travel Unclaimed

Privet Africa! Travel was by far the most disappointing travel agency I've used. I used Privet Africa Travel for honeymoon plans with my wife and was surprised at the lack of accurate information, professionalism, and danger they put us in. 1) Despite providing a driver who spoke "perfect English", our driver couldn't understand basic phrases such as "What is the agenda for the day?", etc. My wife got very sick during the trip but we couldn't find a pharmacy or communicate this to our driver. 2) The agenda was completely inaccurate. We only did ~50% of what this company promised. 3) When we complained to Privet Africa! Travel, they were condescending and rude. They made my wife cry on the phone when we arrived at our final stop and called us liars. We have tried to contact the travel agency but continue to receive very harshly worded and defensive letters. Privet Africa Travel has made this a living nightmare. We feel taken advantage of and cannot recommend this to anyone
