Me and my son went for a lunch on 20 January 2019 to the Table Bay, Primi. My son ordered a "medium to rare" T-Bone 500 grams. He was served with a small size, over done T-Bone, which we sent back, just to receive a "raw:" T-Bone. We actually took photos of this. We called the Manager 2 x and he took the meals and took it of the invoice. He never offered any apology or new meal. We are from Witbank, and always support Primi. This was totally unacceptable and I need a feed back on this.

So sad situation at Primi Piatti Muizernberg ,to see a manager do tables instead of the waiter ,i wonder what criteria you choose on appointing a manager coz some seem not to understand his row.......the waiters were just standing while the manager running tables and had to ask one of the waiters & said thats what they do everyday & if you try to complain you will get a hard time at work ,to the extend of working to an outside section when when its raining ,one of the managers heard of Chris & the other Zako or Zuko ,its a situation that needs to be attended to .we all know waiters survive on those TIPS & you see a manager also wants those TIPS ,please go to Primi Muizernburg

Service is shocking. Prices keep increasing but level of service is disgusting. Owners should really take a look into it. Visited 3 branches in as many weeks. Bad bad service

Had a terrible experience at Eden and sent email to complain, no response. Pasta meal was terrible as it was mostly prawn heads and 3 prawns in shells. Side plates were filthy and unwashed. Was told we couldn't have creme brule as they didn't have a blow torch. Wont go back.

So very disappointed in the sea food pasta dish... Who ever throught that prawn heads and prawns still in the shell would be good in a pasta dish, totally disgusted

As a regular customer i was utterly astonished by the treatment i received from the manager at Blouberg Primi by the name of Andrew. His reason for the actions displayed was that Primi was his house and his rules will go. it was a misunderstanding regarding sitting which he failed to consult with his waiters and just grabbed our food and put back at a table we didn't want to sit at. I was so embarrased and felt like the ground could just swallow me . i hate Primi Blouberg now and as for the manager to act the way he did nooooooo unacceptable.

Having eaten with my wife 3 times in the last week at the same table at your Cavendish restaurant and ordered the same meal and having brought the same bottle of wine, I was surprised tonight to have been told by both the waiter and manager that I was to be charged R40 corkage - as opposed to my previous visits. I do not object to a corkage principle - but I do object to a lack of consistency from your staff in the application of that principle. It will undoubtedly change my view on both my personal and professional opinion of your establishment for future meals out.

My experience at both the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point branches, irritatingly familiar waiters who are in your face. There is a difference between being helpful and pleasant, and being familiar. The waiters at both these branches blurted out the amount to be paid very audibly when bringing the credit card machine to the table. This is most indiscreet and totally unacceptable as it is an embarrassment both if one is taking a guest or taken as a guest. I want to lodge a SERIOUS complaint. On Saturday 8 August 2015 at about 19H40 I ordered two take away Pizzas from Primi at WIllowbridge. On the photo that I uploaded a female employee used the cloth (seen in the middle of each photo) to dab the pizzas for the costumer before me. I was quite upset, questioned this behaviour to a male employee,(who was wiping the sweat from his forehead and using his bare hands to add toppings to the pizza) he denied dabbing the pizzas with that filthy cloth!! This is a serious health hazard. I would like to report this to the branch manager as well. Please let me know how you will treat this matter.

Canal Walk - Good food and average service. But filthy. I felt dirty from toycing the menu. The table had not been cleaned. The couches were filthy. The menu had holes in them. and then if you start looking at the rest you realise the restaurant looks run down, dirty and in need of a clean. I would hate to think what the kitchen looks like! Service very average even after I had complained not much was done. I then asked for the rest of my food as a take away and was given it in a bag, but with no serviette or fork for my pasta. If the Waterfront is 9.5/10 then this branch is a 4/10.
