Precision Leak Detection Services Unclaimed

I had a water leak on my property two weeks ago, brought to my knowledge by my high water bill. Precision leak company came out and fixed it however after paying them, I now cant get hold of the company no matter how many times I try. I would like the report of the plumbing so that I can correct my water bill with the municipality. It doesn't seem to bother them as I have left countless messages for my report.
