Measuredspace BLG Inc. has been providing highly accurate CAD as-built architectural plans to the top architectural firms mainly in Cape Town for the past 15 years (with some experience in Gauteng and Natal). All as-built plans are based on professional land surveys, allowing architect's to design with confidence. Each and every storey is shown in the surveyed site context, including accurate boundary positions, site (and abutting land) detail and contours and an accurate true north. It is our boast that each and every dimension represented on plan is checked to land survey standards. If we can see it, we can measure it!  Measuredspace has also extensive experience in measuring rentable areas of mainly commercial buildings according to SAPOA guidelines and in providing professional rentable area certificates based on these surveys. Technologies used include GPS, total station theodolits, hand held laser and high density scanning.
